Professionally, I have worked across corporate environments and creative industries, developing content for different audiences, purposes, and identities. Sometimes, the challenge was to find a brand's voice. Other times, it was to understand an existing one and learn how to speak through it without losing what made it recognisable. I enjoy both. The freedom of building a language from the beginning, and the discipline of finding the right words within an established identity.

a few years ago, I began writing my family's history, collecting stories, memories, and fragments of lives that existed long before mine. I like the idea that writing can preserve something.

COPYWRITING

creating connections between ideas, emotions,  and visuals, and turning them into   an identity that feels recognizable                      and alive

I have always loved writing. Since I was young, I have found something comforting in putting thoughts into words, in trying to capture a feeling, a memory, or something that might otherwise go unnoticed. I always found it easier to express myself that way, written words always brought me way closer to what I wanted to express than when I used them outloud. I find something beautiful in taking the time to choose the right words, in searching for the ones that capture a thought or a feeling as closely as possible. There is something intimate about giving words that kind of attention, about finding not just what to say, but how to say it.

WHAT   I  DO

To me, good writing is not necessarily about saying more. It is about finding the words that feel right, the rhythm that carries an idea, and the tone that makes a story sound like its own.

  everything  i    like  to do

I am Céline. I am from Belgium and was born to a Greek family. and I think that partially explains my eagerness for life, my love for joy, and my attraction to beauty and light.

I started ceramics simply because I wanted to create my own candles. Clay was the obvious medium through which that idea could exist. And when I lit my candles for the first time, something I had made with my own hands reflected something back to me: my time, my attention, my growing skills, and the joy it gave me along the way. And I found beauty there too : in the fact that the light of my candles was a quiet dialogue between what I had created and what the act of creating made me feel.

And I feel kind of the same feeling when I put light on people's stories.

DIMITRA

Milan Kundera once wrote that a life is composed the way music is, that we take what happens to us by chance and turn it into a motif, a note that returns and gives shape to everything after it. Without even realizing it, he said, we build our lives according to laws of beauty. I think this is why I love branding. It's not so different from what he described, taking moments, ordinary details, stories, and finding the note that runs through them. I like to put light on a story, with poetry, and give it a shape it didn't quite have before. Not inventing something new, just helping people see the motif that was already there.

when it comes to my story, i like to think that light is its motif, the metaphorical thread that ties my roots and my freedom : light is what lets you see where you come from, and it is also what draws you forward, toward wherever you're going next.
